“Peter Scott is a solicitor and was for eight years the Managing Partner of Eversheds' London and European offices. He advises law firms and other professional organisations in the UK and abroad on their strategic, financial and management issues with particular focus on helping clients to improve their competitiveness through effective performance management. One of the roles he is most often asked to carry out for clients is to act as a 'discreet mentor' to managing partners and CEOs.
He is a frequent speaker at conferences as well as regularly acting as a facilitator for clients at their partner retreats and workshops and his articles are published in a number of well known legal journals.
